BSc/BEd (secondary route)

Become a Science teacher and earn 2 degrees in 5 years!

Are you thinking of becoming a Science teacher? Consider our combined program that allows for completion of two degrees, a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education, in five years of study.

You are eligible to can enter the BSc/BEd combined program directly out of high school. The following program combinations are available: 
 

Note:

1. This program is available for the secondary education route only.

2. The first two years of this program are spent with the Faculty of Science.  The remaining 3 years will be completed in the Faculty of Education.

Advising

Years 1,2

All advising for this program is done in the Student Services Office. (Prospective students may contact this office for advising as well)

Years 3, 4, 5

Advising in the final 3 years of the program is done through the Faculty of Education
